Cup of Comfort

These were two stories from nurses.

An old lady was hospitalized, she looked very strong and had accepted the reality. The nurse tried to comfort her asking whether she needs anything. The old lady gratefully thanked for the offer and confirmed she is in great condition. For a while of silent before the old lady adding “If you see an old man outside, just try to comfort him and say i’m ok”

It was hectic situation, the baby  after born was not crying for seconds, the medic around had been panicing and feeling guilty of it. One man sat in relax outside the OR, sometimes some petitions were wished. A nurse who did not know what happen outside but participated in the process pretended to be sane and approach the man saying everything would be ok, surprisingly the man agreed easily with the opinion and stating his proposed name for the newly born baby”It is nevaeh! Heaven spelled backward”

Be greateful of nurses
